Energy Update: Hi my friend, The Sun is shake, rattle & rolling again! Yesterday, we had an X2.1 Class solar flares (X class being the most potent of its kind) & many of us are starting to feel it! What does this mean for us? We are currently receiving large amounts of light waves (energy) from yesterdays eruption which can also be defined as a magnetic storms from the Sun. In our personal lives, this can temporarily manifest itself as experiencing a sense of being or feeling ‘off’ in our emotions, thoughts or physical body. This may show up in the next couple of days as feeling a bit more tired than usual, head/sinus pressure, excess heat/flushing, more emotional than usual, or just plain out of sync. It can also show up as experiencing bursts of energy for no apparent reason, receiving ‘out of the box’ ways of thinking that we may not have thought of before, feeling an extra push to speak our truth maybe on behalf of what we feel promotes more balance, fairness & healthy boundaries... ringing in the ear, & more vivid dreams just to name a few. Know that this is just part of us integrating with the energies that are moving us to higher states consciousness. After the integration, there’s an inner & outer shift that follows aligning us more with our truest most authentic self. We can see this clearly in action by reflecting back to 10, 5 or even 2 years ago & then flash back to who we are now. Its like night & day isnt it? Some little tips to get us through this energy period: Drinking plenty of water, receiving plenty of rest, speaking our truth in a mindful way, finding an opportunity to be in nature, surrounding ourselves with kind & support people, being more aware of thoughts, meditating, gratitude & simply being gentle with ourselves. Always remember that you are not alone. Enjoy this energy upgrade!
