Engineer Rashid fined for breaking traffic signal: SRINAGAR, OCTOBER 29: A Member of Legislative Assembly was fined by traffic police after he broke the signal here in city centre. Official sources told Sachnews Jammu Kashmir that Engineer Rashid, who is an MLA from north Kashmir’s Langate constituency, broke traffic signal at Jehangir Chowk today. Rashid was travelling in a Santro car bearing number JK09 8500. Rashid has always remained in limelight for anti-India and anti-government remarks. A traffic police official, when contacted, said the ‘law is for all whether a VIP or a common man’.
