Engineering Summer Internship Cairo And October6 Plants Job Location: Cairo, CAIRO, Egypt Description The internship is offered to top caliber students in any engineering related major. Our engineers are responsible for developing manufacturing process, engineering technologies for our world-class consumer products and for managing the companys multi-million dollar capital Investments. As an Intern, youll find out what suits and interests you, and youll improve your career prospects. Youll be working on your own project, typically in a multi-functional team that includes senior managers; have a dedicated sponsor; put your technical skills to work in a challenging environment; improve your interpersonal and team skills through practical experience; learn to work effectively with people of different nationalities and cultural & educational backgrounds; better understand your strengths and weaknesses; write a report and give a presentation of the results of your work to management. Qualifications A variety of engineering degrees mostly in Mechanical, Electrical, Chemical, Civil, Production and Industrial Engineering are required. Opportunities exist for those approaching the end of their studies (students who are currently in their 2nd, 3rd or 4th year of study and expected to graduate in 2014, 2015 or 2016). Your internship will last from 8 to 12 weeks. You should be able to demonstrate leadership, capability, the ability to work effectively with others, and practical experience applying your engineering skills. Fluency in English is required.
