English Teachers WANTED! The Rodwell Institute is currently looking for qualified, committed, and experienced English language teachers to join a dynamic team of teaching professionals at our school. Potential candidates must meet the following requirements: 1. A minimum of a Bachelor Degree in English or equivalent 2. A minimum score of 6.5 in IELTS or 95 in TOEFL iBT or subjected to a Placement Exam during the interview 3. Have great general knowledge and understanding of science, technology, history, culture, animals and geography. A General Knowledge Placement test will be given. 3. Have at least 2 years experience in teaching ELL/ESL students 4. Exceptionally fluent in speaking English (preferred American accent). Duties and Responsibilities of our teachers include, but not limited to: 1. Teach a minimum of 2 classes for a part time and 4 classes for a full time 2. Plan daily lessons based on student-centered learning environment 3. Create an effective, friendly, and fun learning atmosphere in class 4. Collaborate with other teachers in a day-to-day role as a team player 5. Be able to communicate with parents about a student’s performance 6. Represent the school and advance its mission in a possible manner. 7. Perform other teaching duties and responsibilities as needed and requested.
