English skills get a boost as a successful U.S. Embassy program begins its third year… The Lower Mekong Initiative (LMI) Professional Communication Skills for Leaders (PCSL) program provides intensive English-language seminars for Cambodian government officials – helping them participate in regional forums and workshops where English is the common language. The seminars are taught jointly by a teacher from the United States and two teachers from Cambodia. The PCSL program focuses on the six pillars of LMI: education, connectivity, health, agriculture, energy, and environment. The program just completed the first seminar of the third year.
