English translation: Since the early beginning, when Kurds awakened and consciously reflected upon themselves as a people, especially in the 19th and 20th century -- a national quest has become clearly evident. The cause of the Kurdish nation has been a cause for liberation from the occupants oppression, occupants who have claimed us Kurds as part of themselves. (On Religion in Politics) - Whatever fails to serve mankind is not worth having. Man and Humanity are essential. This includes our people, the Kurdish people. Anything, be it ideology, religion or culture, which serves mankind and the peoples of the earth, can accordingly be regarded as substantial and good. However, if something fails to serve this end, and leaves mankind unable to benefit from it, indeed it is useless. This is true regardless of ones name, status or title ... no matter what! Why should I accept it, why would my people endorse it? - Kurds -- a people of 40 million! -- fight and struggle for independence, for freedom, and for liberation from all oppression; as both a people and a nation! - Kurdayetî -- as some people (I am aware) ridicule or regard as an alien nation, is not a matter of linguistic rights or having the right to speak your own language. Kurdayetî is the struggle of the Kurdish people for total liberation, i.e. from all repression! - We stand firm and will fight anyone that attempts to attack and assault the Kurdish freedom movement. Whoever opposes our righteous cause to live as free men in this world, with all our rights, will face our endless struggle. Let me be clear, including if they oppose us in the name of religion or if the enemy appears in religious camouflage or wears a sacred mask. I know perfectly well, as a man of religion and faith, that the Religion of God does not legitimate oppression of Kurds; God created us all equal, free, and independent. We are not subordinate to anyone. Would Gods religion permit Persians, Arabs, and Turks to be free and independent but deny Kurds the same right? Never! We dismiss this! - Why, at all, would separatism be a sin or something utterly negative? Not in the Holy Scripture, neither according to the Lord or the Prophet himself... nowhere is this considered a sin. Arabs have separated into 22 States. Further, Afghanistan or Tajikistan, both descend from Persians, are nevertheless independent -- also they have separated. Who can claim that separatism is a sin? Indeed, if brotherhood existed, I was treated well, and my rights were recognize... But, just take the example of two brothers from one family, if one of them mistreats the other one, the latter will separate and leave him. Simply, it is not a sin. - I preach that our essential point is Kurdayetî. I am not a Kurd that disregards my national cause, nor am I one that mainly focuses on class struggle and dismisses national liberation -- that is not my position. Firstly I recognize my national cause and within that context I want to fight all suppression and exploitation (class or gender etc.).
