Enjoyed dinner tonight with 8 other people from the Business Alliance Board of the Metropolitan Club of Chicago. The 4 course dinner was in the private kitchen. We were able to learn cooking tips from the chef and had a fabulous time. The menu: Rock shrimp and sweet corn risotto, salted watermelon frisée salad with feta cheese pistachios and ice wine vinaigrette, salmon with cauliflower purée and cumin dusted kale and for dessert mixed berry and lemon poppyseed pound cake martini with white chocolate chantily Thank you Chef Greg Carso and the culinary team for a walk through summer tastes.
