Enjoying Miss Fishers Murder Mysteries on Netflix but OMG what a Mary Sue character. Even though its the 1920s, Miss Fisher (with the ultra cool first name of Phryne) was born poor but when all the males in her bloodline were killed off in the Great War, she inherited oodles of money. She went to the one of the best finishing school (well educated) and then ran off to be a nurse during the war in Paris (learning medicine, how to shoot and fluent French.) Oh, and besides being a crack driver of the newly invented automobile, she can also FLY because she dated an pilot. She also has acted on the stage. Oh... and shes fluent in Russian AND Chinese. And she can throw knives and hit her running target at night on the roof top. AND THROW HATCHETS.... Lets just say theres nothing she cant do.
