Enjoying my week off until I start my exciting new job on Monday, getting caught up on the house, spending time with the dogs and foster goof kid, my husband (sucks he had to work this week :( ), visiting Train. One thing I wont be doing is getting caught up in the drama all over the rescue world. While so many are spending time bringing down others, I will be trying to do the right things in my life. So, I am giving a rundown to the best of my ability of the people and groups I have helped and continue to help, in case anyone would like to unfriend me because of who I help. You wont see me in the drama because there is one focus and goal. The animals, proactively and reactively. I have and still am a foster for Angels Among Us, I have been visiting the Cartersville shelter for over 2 years, I have been a part of Stubbys Heroes for over a year, I pull dogs and have pulled dogs for Dana Griffin-Newton, Sara Drum, Poor Paws Rescue, The Last Resort, Heartsong, RAIN, BullsEye Rescue, you lucky dog rescue, and many others from the shelter when I can. I have temp fostered for some of these. I have pulled and saved a few dogs on my own with the help of a few of them. I have now been able to save 2 dogs, a rottie and a pit that were abandoned in a yard, and Train, my senior pittie boy that was in the road, because of Rotts n Pups Rescue.I have twice had to use my personal paypal account to raise money for a few dogs I took responsibility for. Now, I think I have covered most of them, and this will be the only and last time I will say this, I have respect and trust for all of them, because of my own experiences with each of them, I will not stop supporting any of them. I want to believe everyone is wanting the same thing, in this crazy rescue world, to do what they can to one day stop the need for so many rescues, and help all they can until that happens.
