Enlisting your “help”…… Many are aware of the issues surrounding our present location in Plaza Vieja. If you are not, message and we can get you up to speed. In a nutshell, a man attempted to fraudulently obtain possession of our property now for sale in the States, by “swapping” his house in Vilcabamba, which was found to have liens brought up against among other “structural” problems with the house. Before fleeing the country, he borrowed in excess of $7,000 from us against the purchase of his house. Once he left, we got a different story, when people began showing up to see the property for sale. Bottom-line, we had his lawyer show up this morning, saying we had to be out by Saturday. We are raising funds for a lawyer, as we have been told they cannot make you move with no notice. So, we are enlisting your help…the help from the “community,” in whatever way you can…Maybe you have a property you need looked after, or a donation to aid in lawyer and re-location…or just a hug for support…. Our family thanks you :)
