Back by popular demand Acrosports is offering a beginning swim/ gym combo classes! The entire class is 1.25 hours long, combining 30 minutes of gymnastics and 30 minutes of swimming. The home school gymnastics class features gymnastics instruction on the Olympic Events plus trampoline, of course, but also will incorporate games and relays, team building and problem solving activities as well. The swim portion of the class works on buoyancy, balance, and breath control ending with safety drills, jumping and sliding into the pool. Now thats a well-rounded workout! Class will be held Mondays from 2:30 – 3:45 (2:30 – 3pm gym & 3:15 – 3:45 swim). Classes will be $99 a month for both gym & swim!
