Envision Employment Solutions Cartographer/Administrator is urgently needed to work for a multinational Company working in the Petroleum Services Field. Job Summary: The cartographer is responsible for ensuring that drafting and drawings required for different projects are carried out in accordance with the instructions and priorities given by the Data Centre Manager. He will also be assisting in some administrator work. He should be undertaking all activities in a safe and professional manner. Responsibilities: • Carryout onshore activities in a safe and responsible manner in accordance with company Policies and Management System on Quality and HSE related issues. • Assist ensuring that all assigned work is undertaken to the highest quality and professional standards in accordance with company survey procedures, work instructions and project specific documentation. • Carrying out basic processing, drafting and GIS activities as directed by Data Centre Manager. • Operate a variety of basic processing, charting and GIS software. • Implement QC procedures for own works. • Adhere to basic processing, charting and reporting techniques, work instructions and procedures. • Proactive in self-development and progress towards professional affiliation. • Develop, review and implement charting and reporting techniques and procedures. • Assist with diagrams for projects preparation / presentation for submission to clients. • Maintain survey data and report archive for all Jobs in short and long term facilities as per department procedures and work instructions. • Assist in maintaining the department documentation secured and updated. • Responsible for submission of assigned tasks in the agreed and defined deadline • Other tasks for which deem competent as assigned by Senior Management. Qualifications: Graduation Qualification: • B.Sc. in Engineering in any of the following majors “Preferably from Ain Shams University, Cairo University, Alexandria University, AUC or GUC”: o Civil or Architecture. Professional Qualifications: • AutoCAD. • Adobe Acrobat Professional. • ERSI ArcGIS. • Surfer. • Microstation. • Photoshop. • MS Office Application - Advanced Level. • Fully knowledgeable of company QHSE Management System. Job Requirements: • Excellent written and spoken English (Preferably Language school graduates). • Years of Experience: 1-2 years. • Nationality: Egyptian. • Gender: Female. • Number of Vacancies: 1.
