Enzo Raimondos Market Wrap A clearance rate of 73 per cent was recorded this weekend compared to 70 per cent last weekend and 74 per cent this weekend last year. There were 820 auctions reported to the REIV today, with 602 selling and 218 being passed in, 116 of those on a vendor bid. Melbourne’s auction numbers for the September quarter of 2014 have set a new all-time record, with around 8,165 held around the city in the past three months.
