Eph 5:18-20. Do not be drunk with wine ,in which is dissipation; but be filled with the spirit, speaking to one another in psalms and hymns and spiritual songs, singing and making melody in your hearts to the Lord,giving thanks to always for all things to God the father in the name of our Lord Jesus Christ, Friends this scripture shows us how to live and maintain ourselves in the fullness of the spirit daily. To live this life victorious and to triumph in any given circumstance. For instance, if you are stressed up over something, you dont go for wine; but rather, you begin speaking psalm 23 aloud! You see.. This way, you are being lifted up in the spirit, hence operating in the victory of God. Glory to God! Practise doing what the rest of the scripture says, and better yourself.
