Ephesians chapter six says For our struggle is not against flesh and blood, but against the rulers, against the authorities, against the powers of this dark world and against the spiritual forces of evil in the heavenly realms. When you encounter people tough to love, please remember that they are not your enemy. Your enemy is Satan and his legion of demons who would want nothing better than to get you to hate and despise the people in your life. Life is a struggle but you can get through it by understanding the spiritual warfare surrounding you from all sides. Do not give in to the real enemy. Every time that somebody hurts your feelings, paint a picture in your heart of the real warfare barreling your way. Love them and watch Satan flee from your presence like the snake he really is. If you do not think that you can do this, you are listening to the wrong spirit.
