Equal Opportunity Training for All The Equal Opportunity Leaders Course is an 80 hour course consisting of classes and practical exercises. This two week course is designed to train Soldiers in the rank of Sgt and above on ways to identify distracters that jeopardize a healthy command climate. Equal Opportunity Leaders are the eyes and ears for the commander and provide assistance to their commanders with concerns related to race, religion, national origin, color, and gender.
