Erado is hiring! Inside Sales Representative Job Summary: Inside sales representatives are responsible for introducing products & services to clients and increasing the sales of our products. Account Executive with a successful track record of closing technology sales with B2B and Fortune 500 accounts. These quota carrying positions are responsible for identifying, developing and closing new business opportunities in the United States, by territory. Specific Job Duties: • Managing all aspects of the sales cycle through initial contact to product evaluation and contract negotiations to develop new business with existing and new accounts. • Gaining access to multiple key decision-makers in a prospective accounts to build a consensus on solutions. • Presenting relevant and compelling solutions and conducting online demos and in-person sales presentations. • Act independently and as a team player in the overall successful execution of the sales strategy • Build and manage long lasting relationships with clients. • Efficiently manage time to generate revenue and accomplish the company goals. • Work industry trade shows and industry events. • Utilize the CRM system to ensure authentic information is available. • Collect customer suggestions and complaints and report them to the production department • Record details of every sales transaction in the sales book and submit weekly report to their manager Specific Qualifications: • 5 + years of sales experience with a successful track record of identifying, developing, and closing new business; Financial Industry experience preferred. • Experience selling SaaS, archiving, security, compliance solutions, and/or other enterprise based software solutions. • Intellectual curiosity and a passion for technology and social media. • Demonstrated knowledge of solution selling at an enterprise level with the proven ability to work with development teams and technical support. • Ability to conduct online presentations and demonstrations. • Technically savvy with the ability to think and react quickly in fast-paced situations, with constantly changing products in a perpetually changing industry. • Excellent organization skills • Positive attitude and ability to ask key questions and lead conversations. • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills through various mediums with a high level of confidence. • Ability to recognize when to seek help or guidance. • Willingness to jump in and research to find answers that may not be documented yet or readily available. • Ability to take ownership and follow through on tasks and responsibilities. • Creative thinker, with strong analytical and problem solving skills. • Must be self-motivated, able to work autonomously, as well as in a team environment. • Bachelor’s degree preferred.
