Erasmus Students Flat with 3 independent rooms, available from the 1st of January 2015 till there end of June or June 2015. Size: 120 square metres. Every room is independent, lockable, and is furnished with a double bed. The rooms are so big that we added a single bed to each room in case of incoming visitors :-) Minimum stay 5 MONTHS. Excellent location: 5 min walk to ELTE and Corvinus universities, 100 metres from Kálvin tér and 200 metres from the Danube river. The rental fee is 250 euro per month + aprox. 50 euros for utilities. This video gives an idea about the flat, although it shows a room with many bunkbeds (but in fact in that room is just a double bed!) as during the summer -July and August the flat operates as an small youth hostel.
