Eric Holders lengthy record as head of the Justice - TopicsExpress

Eric Holders lengthy record as head of the Justice Department: - First cabinet member in U.S. history to be held in Contempt of Congress. - Violated the 1st and 4th Amendments by spying on members of the media, without warrants. - Failed to pursue justice for the tragedy known as Operation Fast and Furious. - Failed to pursue justice for the IRS illegal harassment of conservative groups. - Repeatedly obstructed any congressional oversight of the Justice Department. - Repeatedly refused to act on orders by Congress to prosecute individuals in Contempt of Congress. I would say his resignation is welcome news to all those in America who want an Attorney General to actually uphold and pursue justice. Given Mr. Holders disastrous record as AG, I urge the Senate to look more closely before confirming another one of President Obamas appointments.
