Erica, the water issue vote is a result of who can produce the biggest believable lie. The divide in the republican party is between constitutional voters versus democrats posing as republicans. The democrats will take over one day when they can buy enough votes down at the homeless shelter, food bank and local mental institution. The tea party is your parents. When you socialist show respect for your mother and father, as the bible instructs, you will better understand that we are on a direction that lacks virtue and morals; i.e., democrates.
