Esther Tang What can I say about professor Tang? A very beautiful, kind woman with a great personality and awesome Jiu Jitsu skills. I first met her when we trained at Soho, I will never forget the first time I saw her, I thought , she is tiny,then she got changed and she put her brown belt on. I went to spar with her and I remember thinking I wont use any force or strength, just technique. We touched hands and within a few seconds I thought, bloody hell I need to turn my A game on!!!! Ha ha ha. When we moved to Camden and after my injury Professor Tang helped me a lot, because she was light but very skilled we used to train 10 x 10min rounds every day. I was there the day she was promoted to black belt. We had done our 10 rounds, 5 GI and 5 no Gi then Lagarto made her teach the class and then awarded the belt. I learnt a lot about myself and improved my Jiu Jitsu so much training with her. Professor Tang now trains at GB Knightsbridge but Unfortunately has an injury herself that has kept her off the competition circuit.
