Ethel, Pio III and I spent the weekend doing a bimodal trip to Cavinti, Laguna, Ethels hometown where we visited relatives and attended the towns summer party, Hurunduyan. We took a bus from Cubao to Sta. Cruz, then from there biked all the way to Cavinti, passing the town of Pagsanjan. The going was flat until after Pagsanjan where the terrain turned mountainous. It was pitch dark, around 9 pm, as we started our ascent, but our lights forged a path through the darkness. Above the sky was pregnant with stars so huge that we can almost reach up and pick them off the sky. Biking with TSP, biking with family, biking with TSP family, bonding closer and spreading our advocacy, this is what we are all about :)
