Etihad Airways UPDATE: Operations to Manila Despite heavy rains and severe flooding in Manila, we are planning an on-time departure for flights EY423 and EY421 from Manila to Abu Dhabi. However, flights from Manila may be subject to delay as a result of the severe weather conditions. Guests are advised to head to Manila Airport early recognizing the heavy traffic congestion to be able to check in on time.
