Etkileri ne olur? Hayde tartışın... Iran has a president that is elected by the direct vote of the people. The president is the head of the government, and chooses the ministers in his cabinet. All nominees for election in Iran that require the direct vote of the public must be approved by the Guardian Council. This council consists of twelve members: six lawyers elected by the Consultative Assembly and six jurists (Faqih) directly assigned by the supreme leader. The Guardian Council reviews the Islamic Consultative Assembly’s legislation to ensure compliance with the Iranian Constitution and Islamic law.
