Europe! Japan! Russia! Australia! South America! Canada!...Everyone! BE IN OUR NEW VIDEO!!! So after posting up the question yesterday on Facebook as to who would like to be in our next video, we got a overwhelming and positive response. We had people from all around the world offering to do things above and beyond what it would actually take to play a role in this next video. First things first, the song, is Lift One Up off of our latest album The Tipping Point. The idea...well luckily, we are only asking one simple thing...show us your Shakeface. What is your shakeface you ask? Its a way for us to involve as many people, friends, and fans as possible from here at home clear around the globe by doing simply this. We would like everyone who cares to participate find the highest quality camera they can (I-phone 5s has a killer one, Go-Pro etc., whatever you can find), film yourself for 5-10 seconds in slow motion shaking your face irratically from side to side (hell not even just your shakeface, but anything from your Grandfather, skate tricks, wet dog, bungee jump, you name it.) and send it in. Get creative and have fun with it. So long as its in slow motion, it will be considered and all will be reviewed. Now why this you ask? Why the hell not? Videos are getting stagnant, repetitive, and boring. Were venturing to try something different, break the mold a bit, and hope for the best. This song is about community, music, unity, letting go, breaking out, celebration of life, friendships and connection, and all of you. Thats what were aiming for. From all walks of life all around the world...and we want you to star in it. Now obviously wont be able to use every video sent in, but we want to get as many (and will) as we can and give everyone the equal opportunity. So thats it! Let the games begin.
