Even if a person is out of line when they are yelling at you, it is not wise to respond back with anger. As my fellow friend once said, when has yelling back and forth ever brought forth a peaceful resolution? When we are able to suppress our feelings and seek understanding in a peaceful approach, we will often see a great difference in the end result. Seek to understand one another and place yourself in their shoes and see why they are behaving the way they are.
