Even if the SS ruled America, there would be free Health-Care for all Americans, but I would think that the Germans would have easily nipped the numbers that had Obesity induced diseases like Diabetes, Heart disease, or Blood Pressure, and in fact the SS would probably send some of the Obese younger patients and the chronically unemployed to Work Camps for the construction of bridges, roads, levees, and other great Public Works to benefit the Public. There would be very little Unemployment in America, and the dole would only be for the disabled. Arbeit Macht Frei! would be the Mantra in America, and the Negroes, and Mexicans would find America a very different Space Oriented Aryan Nation. Of course, the Federal Reserve and Wall Street Banking would be a thing of the Past, a relic of the German Arbeit Macht Frei honesty policies. The Nation would have enthusiasm and the Will to conquer Space and New Lands for the Aryans....The Aryan would continue his Journey to the farthest reaches of Imagination. Brahma awaits the Aryans to find him.
