Even in our loan agreements, they are incompetent, they do propaganda..Its no longer 3 billion dollars from China, its now 1.5 billion dollars... The sad aspect is that a lot of campaign promises were made with the 3 billion dollars in mind. These promises will suffer and will add up to the numerous unfulfilled campaign promises of this government. Imani Ghana and Danquah Institute warned against this loan, describing it as a grand hoax but they were insulted.
