Even though the holidays are here, it occurred to me that I am no longer physically exhausted like I had been for the past year. It made me realize why midwives and other health professionals recommend waiting a year before getting pregnant again (not that this is my cue by any means, ha!). Especially with my second child, it really truly has taken me this long to feel like myself again and not peel myself off the floor half the day. Replenishing the body takes time, rest and nutrition! This year Im thankful for me being back to me!!!! :)
