Even thow the detox is over now i will still be training very hard to achieve my goals. To lose more body fat around my stomach i will starting a different routine for the next month and will be posting up what im doing. The new routine will consist of: -Building my willpower by reading a book called The willpower Instinct by Kelly McGonigal. -Compound excercises at the gym. -Meal Prepping for my entire week. My meals now will consist of: - Brown rice (carbs) -Lots of vegetables and fruits for vitamins and good sugar. -Lean protein (Chicken breast, Steak) I will also still be having the meal replacement shake for after my gym session which will now be straight after work, and also my AM/PM vitamins and Omega caps too. My aim now is too lose as much fat as i can by building more muscle with compound exercises, get into a meal routine thats a calculated amount, and staying motivated by building my mental space for staying on track which is the biggest thing to sticking to my goals!!!! Wish me luck and i hope that throughout this i get lots and lots of questions, because that will help learn more. Cheers to my followers, and i hope it will help others to get motivated.
