Evening all, About 10 years ago I began working on an artificial intelligence language for natural language processing, and, for use in the study of computability. I have worked on the language on and off, in between work and study. The language is finally nearing a full specification and I have decided the time is right to create a simple console interpreter to demo and showcase the languages capabilities and potential. The language is called ISAAC, all caps. It consists of 3 sections: 1. The first section (which will be supported by version 0.7 of the interpreter, which is nearing completion) is a simple but flexible natural language processing system. Anybody can read and write code after perhaps an hour of introduction. It will (eventually) be applicable for intelligent automated telephone systems or other computerised communications and NPC AI in video games. It allows for natural language processing of simple subsets of the human languages. 2. The second section includes regular computer coding with mathematical expressions and logical statements, a background in programming would make this side of the language more accessible. This section will be implemented by version 0.8 of the interpreter. 3. The third section of the language will be fully described when it is nearer to implementation, it is designed around discreet maths and computability theory. This section will be implemented by version 0.9 of the interpreter. I aim to upload a video shortly, to promote the language to anybody watching the YouTube channel, with the possibility of gaining some support for its further development. Shortly after that, the interpreter and initial specification will be made available from my website for free download. You will be able to play around with the language and see if it could potentially suit any of your needs. Stay tuned all, Cheers.
