Evening everyone.. tomorrow is perhaps going to be a wee bit wet, but we are hoping our Habibi Kitchen goodies are worth getting out for! Mansefield Park, Dumbarton Road 10am -2pm, see you soon :) On tomorrows Menu........ Savoury snacks I will be attempting to heat up a delicious spiced stew, served with an authentic round pita bread to mop up yer dish and a big dollop of creamy yoghurt Bourekas - Three Cheese or spinach and nutmeg Persian Kuku - This is fast becoming a favourite, herby frittata with barberries, very decadent indeed Zhug - Bigger pots of this delicious green chilli sauce, perfect drizzled over meat/fish or roasted veggies Sweet Treats Bags of handmade marshmallows, why not pop them in a hot choc or toast over a fire... these are a great pressie for a loved one and keep for ages, if you can resist gobbling them up straight away Date and Tahini flapjacks - Of course we couldnt do a stall without these!! Spiced coffee and Yogurt cake - this is a warm desert, needs to be heated and served with yoghurt or cream Namoura - This sold out at Pierrot et Coco last night, so I have just made another batch of this coconutty cake, drenched in syrup. Yum!
