Evening guys, well what an action packed day that was ! Rapid Fire was a bit special today, it made the admin team sweat just watching - well done all you guys for staying the course, that was not easy ! Were a little bit concerned on what the situation is between Oh and Nick in the photo but were not judging them ;-) A great CrossFit Phuket WoD just finishing and then Dayle Hallam - Total Conditioning Coach off to the airport for a trip home to see his mummy ..... ahhhhhh ;-) Have a good break mate and see you in a few weeks. Revolutions was another High Intensity Cracker with Cristiane Cyborg Santos & Marcio Cesar Gracinha making an appearance. Cris (and maybe Marcio Cesar Gracinha) will also be in for tomorrows Drill sergeant .... so if you want to train like an athlete then come and work out next to them @ 08.00 sharp @ Unit-27 !
