Event Timetable. • Tuesday: 24th September 2013. Arrival of participants. Sightseeing, supplies and social get together. Final Registrations. • Wednesday: 25th September 2013. Training, scrutineering, participants briefing and last opportunity for supplies. • Thursday 25th September. 8:45 am. Final briefing 9am departure under convoy. Anticipate lunch break about Parks entrance on the Rig Road. Travel until about 2 hrs prior to sunset. • Friday 26th September. Breakfast and Riders briefing until 8am. Break camp and 8:45 am. Departure. Sightseeing en route. Lunch en route. Continue travel until about 2 hrs prior to sunset to suitable campsite in vicinity of at Poepells Corner • Saturday 27th September. Breakfast and Riders briefing until 8am. Break camp and 8:45 am. Departure. Travel to parks boundary. Re-adjust tyre pressures and check over equipment. Head for Birdsville. Social evening in town. • Sunday September 2013. De-brief and participant’s farewell. Please note. This time table is flexible and subject to many variables.
