Eventful morning . went for a swim in the sea in prep for this triathlon iv got on Sunday only to realise the sea is extremely cold and salty . anyways after my swim I returned to my bike to realise it had a flat tyre and I would have to jog my bike home which took ages . however on the jog home no less than 5 other cyclists stopped and offered to fix my tyre which warmed my salty cold sea heart back to room temperature . moral of the story the sea is cold and salty and cyclists are a good bunch :)
