Ever been in one of these? 🚎 Well, before today, my sole interaction with these mobile units was non-existent. I would see them from a distance and wonder about the books or services they pedalled. But today, today I have no more reason to wonder, lol. 😄 My company kindly made this organisations services available to us. I noticed the memo, and thought Aye, lemme take advantage of whatever screening they have. I made an appointment for what I thought was a one of those services: a mammogram. I know, haha, dont ask. (Like how could those huge machines fit in there, anyway? lol) Anyhoo, the appointment got moved to today, which ofc I forgot, and when I confirmed, I was told that it was not that, but for a PAP SMEAR. 😐*mashes brakes* 💨 Hashtag WhatAMess For a split second I was like [insert chloe face here] *Jay-Z voice* #WaitHolUp I mean, that requires a different kind of preparation, if you know what I mean. 🙊 Anyhoo, as evident from the photos, I clearly had the appointment, and lets just say that Nurse Paul and I now have a very special relationship. #lawl 😅 And walking through the building was just as eventful. When I asked where they were located on the compound, the very helpful, but boisterous maintenance man was like: - Yuh mean the place tuh check yuh VAGINA?? Needless to say, I kept my head straight and made a bee line to the area, passing the big hardback men at their desks who were bustin-up with laughter. 😑
