Ever feel like jumping off the roof? :-) We did every day one summer! The 3rd floor of our Barracks in Japan was occupied by Navy, Air Force, and Army Special Representatives whos rank was Classified. We mostly left them alone. Till we ran out of rooms, and had one of ours mix with them. We found out Recondo Eddie had his own ropes, and he offered to teach us repelling. And our Fire Escape went to the roof.
