Ever feel like youve become adicted to a favorite restaurant or always order the exact same dish in your favorite restaurant? Well, this piece about noodle restaurants in China puts a whole new spin on that. It first I thought this might be a bad joke, but Gwynn Guilford is a reporter and editor for Quartz.
