Ever get a quote and miss the fine print that says, quote only good for 30 days? In the paper industry, we like to say that paper pricing is like the stock market, changing almost daily. This is not true for many common commodity items, but IS TRUE for most specialty items: special window envelopes, envelopes with special upgrades (ie Peel n Seal), or envelopes made out of special papers. Customers must pay special attention to the expirations date of the quote. Normally, this is solely the responsibilty of the customer.
