Ever had one of those friends that has a pretty limited availability, but gets mad when you dont have a free and open schedule when some time opens up for them? Have you been outright called selfish by a friend who called or came over with gossip, or news, but you couldnt pay much mind because you actually had more pressing matters to handle that required more immediate urgency? Have you ever had a friend who, rather than understanding, empathising, or at the very least, played devils advocate about situations in your life, became outwardly irrational, judgmental, or even violently challenging? Have you ever wiped your ass with someones face? If you have someone in your life that can be discribed by any of the examples Ive given, this person is not your friend. Friends dont display a my way or the highway attitude toward each other. Friends respect each others differences, and anyone who cant deal with the differences of someone who they claim is their friend deserves NO FRIENDS. That person deserves to be alone. You should never feel like you have to walk on eggshells with your friends. Your friendship should never be on the line just because you couldnt talk for a while, or couldnt hang out for a while. True friends just pick up where they left off.
