Ever have a piece of dirt underneath your eyelid? So bad that you have to turn your eyelid inside and get it out!? Imagine having that problem, and trying to conduct a job interview! Luckily I have tonight off of work, a rarity on a Friday. Its nice to have a team I am confident in, for me to be able to take a Friday night off. Zak Jakery Neeld is really comfortable conducting interviews now, and does great at them. Butttttttttt had a little booboo/slipup. Which (for me anyhow) always helps in the learning process on the way to becoming better. David Sartin tread lightly tonight, as I know it will not be an easy night for you :-)
