Ever since I mentioned of maybe doing a breakfast day at the track in todays drivers meeting, I have been craving eggs and lots of bacon. So, next Sunday, June 15th, we are going to Bacon-it-up!!! Scrambled Eggs, Bacon, Toast...... Waffles also maybe???? Coffee, OJ..... Then for lunch, we are doing Bar-B-Que Chicken!!!! We will have mostly real chicken, but will also have boneless/skinless breast for those that like skin. We will also have something to go as a side. Maybe like salt potatos and a cold pasta salad or something.... Man, I cant wait.
