Ever since I started meditating regularly, I havent had a full blown panic attack. I still get the physical feeling of anxiety in my chest sometimes but I no longer attach it to a thought and let it spiral into a week long anxiety/depression/clusterf*ck. While this is MUCH MUCH MUCH preferable to my previous situation, I still dont really know what to do with this random anxious feeling in my chest that shows up from time to time….Just keep on keeping on I guess.
