Ever since my bad break-up with the music industry about 12 years ago I have shunned records, record stores, record companies and for the most part even the purchase of music. Lets say I was dismayed and damaged by the collapse of Retail, especially brick and mortar .And Ive mostly avoided movies about the music business as well. But surprisingly I went to Begin Again (awful generic title) with one of my least favorite actors (Mark Ruffalo) and really enjoyed it. Keira Knightley is superb, the secondary characters and musicians were great and even Adam Levine was OK. Excellent soundtrack...I might have to buy the CD...if they still make those.
