Ever wonder what it means when several people get up in the middle of church and walk out? To me its clear what they are saying, I cast my vote and its a resounding NO! Today is a day of soul searching. I dont whine, I dont complain, I dont preach condemnation, I dont beat on people, try to manipulate money from them, Im the son of David Minor and he taught me we lead by love and acceptance... How many times do I need to be kicked, beaten, and walked out on before I look back and remember when I played before the World I was celebrated, I could play a song of redemption and they would shed tears, a seed was planted. In the faith community the disrespect is amazing.. Yeah, say what you want this guy is feeling some kind of way! Oh by the way some people will jump all over this, Im a human with a gift, saved by Grace nothing else.. I didnt die for anybody, give my life, shed my blood.. Im just a broken man who just clocked 32,000 miles on my odometer just this year this weekend to share my heart and life with others. Oh Im not on salary either. Im an insulin dependent diabetic, Ive slept in my car, broke down on the side of the road, drove off the interstate BC I fell asleep due to counseling after service on Sunday morning and had to be back in NC in the morning, ran out of medicine and couldnt afford to buy a bottle of insulin, lived on slim fast BC I couldnt afford to eat, now Im not whining but before somebody jumps on here about preachers and money I want to tell you there are some of us who have done this because we care about humanity. A good friend of mine told me one day this statement , some of the best preachers never stand behind a pulpit, they pump gas, drive a truck, waitress, bag groceries thank you Walter Baker best advice I ever heard.
