Ever wonder why you have trouble losing weight with various diets? It is because most people consider a diet as temporary. However, a diet is simply the way you eat. If you adjust the way you eat, include lots of fruits and vegetables, whole grains, wild caught seafood, free range chickens, free range eggs, organically farmed meats, limit dairy and garbage foods (fast food, packaged products, processed products...), and reduce or eliminate sugars, you will start to feel better. After a few weeks, start walking. Advance to running. Try free weights. Maybe get a gym membership or join a yoga class. Take baby steps. Before you know it, you will feel better, look better, and have more self esteem. Pick a day and start to change your ways. If you mess up or fall off the wagon, jump back on. Dont beat yourself up. You are human....designed for mistakes!
