Everest Finance Ltd’s AGM on Oct 9 ShareSansar, Sept 15: Everest Finance Limited is going it holds its Annual General Meeting on October 9 to approve 15 percent bonus shares to its shareholders and also to explore a possible merger with other banking and financial institution. A meeting of the bank’s Board of Directors held on September 12 took the decision to this effect, according to a notice issued today by the finance company based in Bhairahawa. It may be noted here that the dividend proposed by Everest Finance from the net profit it made during the last fiscal year is subject to the approval of the Nepal Rastra Bank.
