Everton wonderkid Ross Barkley isa January transfer target for Manchester United.The England international is wanted by David Moyes, the man who gave him his Premier League debut, according to the Daily Star Sunday.United have been monitoring Barkley since Sir Alex Ferguson’s time in charge, and made an inquiry about him when he was aged just 17.Now, Moyes hopes to bring the youngster to Old Trafford for a reunion and plans to launch a £20m bid when the transfer window reopens.And Barkley is clearly on the United boss’ mind. He even name-checked him in his post-match interview after last night’s win over Sunderland.Talking about match winner AdnanJanuzaj, he said: “I remember giving Wayne [Rooney] his debut, and Ross Barkley, and Adnan is certainly that quality. He is a top, top player.”
