Every 4 months I do a complete raw foods diet for 5-7 days. Doing this accomplishes many things. Detoxifies my body, drop weight (usually 5-6 pounds), increase fiber, decrease internal inflammation, provide my body with ONLY fresh and alive enzymes, improve mental clarity, wake up earlier and fall asleep faster, spend less money on food, not think about food as much (minus the 1st two days) and to be honest, there are many many more benefits. I highly highly suggest doing this. If youre interested in doing this Ill be posting up my grocery list tomorrow. Cheers!
