Every Day TIP: "Bitter greens-better digestion" - Rocket, mustard greens, bok choy, bitter melon, chrysanthemum leaves, dandelion greens, chickweed, stinging nettle, radicchio, endive and watercress are all bitter rock stars that help to stimulate digestion so that we break our food down properly, and assimilate and eliminate efficiently.
